With over three decades of experience in the mining industry, I recognized the deficiencies in the diamond drilling sector when it came to health and safety programs. This inspired me to develop innovative solutions to address these gaps and create safer work environments.
My vision has made me an industry leader, and I am admired and recognized by major companies worldwide that have entrusted me to develop their specialized safety protocols. To optimize the benefits to both workers and employers, I have developed unique and progressive training courses that integrate leading-edge technology with a user-friendly paperless system. These courses include classroom, online, and on-site modules and cover a range of safety topics such as hazardous materials, bear awareness, fire safety, lighting safety, injury management, and COVID-19.
My expertise and knowledge of the mining industry allow me to work with the entire team, from the president of the company to the field workers.
